Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Austin has since had the privilege to travel a fair amount, which is why his photography clearly doesn't reflect much of Virginia. He is an explorer, visual storyteller, perfectionist and peacemaker. Primarily creating through the medium of photography (digital + film), portrait photography has always propelled his success as a freelancer, but capturing adventure-lifestyle photos is what makes him come alive. Austin firmly believes that beauty nods to truth and vice versa... He longs to see this reality revealed in his craft.
